Track outbound emails
When you click on an email address in PipelineDeals, we launch your default email client and BCC your PipelineDeals account. A copy of your email is automatically saved as a note to the appropriate contact or lead record in PipelineDeals, as well as any associated deals.

Forward any communication
With our Inbox feature, you can forward a copy of any email to your PipelineDeals account. We will detect who sent you the message and associate the email with that contact or lead as a note. You can also attach Inbox correspondence to a deal or new contact.

Save document attachments
When you BCC your PipelineDeals account on an outbound email, PipelineDeals saves a copy of any documents attached to that email. These documents, like the email message, are automatically associated with the correct deal and contact or lead record.
